Forms of registration and personal information

By completing and submitting this site's registration form, you'll gain access to a discussion board with the option to post comments. By doing so, you will be submitting some data to GHANA FORUM. GHANA FORUM collects and uses two sorts of data on its users: (1) Personal Data - (names, emails, and IP addresses) that can be used to identify an individual; and (2) Aggregated Data - all other data that is purely statistical in nature, such as traffic flow and demographics.

Personal Information

You will ensure that all information on Registration Forms is accurate and current by utilizing the "Modify" template as needed. You will always comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct set forth below and the regulations governing Proprietary Rights.

Code of conduct

You acknowledge and agree that GHANA FORUM may review and delete any material or content, including but not limited to text, comment, message, photo, or profile, that, in GHANA FORUM's sole discretion, violates this Agreement, applicable law, or regulation, or that may be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other users. GHANA FORUM shall review the Services on a regular basis for user-posted unsuitable and illegal information. Due to the high volume of users and content on the Services, GHANA FORUM is unable to monitor all material submitted on them. If GHANA FORUM becomes aware of illegal or inappropriate material or content while monitoring, this is not to be interpreted as an endorsement of such material or content, and GHANA FORUM assumes no responsibility or liability for such material or content. GHANA FORUM disclaims all responsibility and liability for the behavior of users, including you, who contribute such information or content. It is critical that you notify GHANA FORUM or click on ["Report Inappropriate Contents"] of any illegal or inappropriate Contents that you become aware of.

You are solely responsible for any material or content that you publish, display, or otherwise make accessible on or through any of the Services, or that you send to other Users. GHANA FORUM does not automatically review submitted material or content prior to publication and does not guarantee that it reflects the organization's thoughts or practices. GHANA FORUM accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the material, content, or other information provided by users, or for any other information that you submit to other users.

The following is a limited list of the types of Content that are illegal or banned on or through the Services, as well as the types of activities that are illegal or prohibited on the Website and through your use of the Services. Propriety rights By displaying or publishing any material or content, such as texts, files, messages, photos, video, images, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other materials ("Contents") on or through GHANA FORUM's services, you grant GHANA FORUM a fully-paid, non-exclusive, and royalty-free) worldwide license to use, modify, copy, translate, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, reproduce, store, and distribute such Contents. This license automatically terminates when you remove such Contents from the Services and notify GHANA FORUM of such termination. Regardless of this, a residual or backup copy of the Contents may remain on the servers after you delete them from the Services, and GHANA FORUM retains ownership of those copies. The rights of Ghana Forum

GHANA FORUM reserves the right to terminate the website's services or any additional Community Services at any time and without prior notice, or to disable any particular user's account or access rights. In the case of any service provided on this Site, GHANA FORUM reserves the right to terminate an account for inactivity, which is defined as a failure to log in to the service 60 days or later after registration and, subsequent to that, a failure to use the account for 90 days since your last log-on. Additionally, after 90 days, GHANA FORUM reserves the right to delete content from a user's account. GHANA FORUM is under no duty to keep or forward any content included in your account to you or any third party.

GHANA FORUM reserves the right (but not the duty) to monitor any publicly posted material and to edit, delete, or remove any material postings or comments that it deems unsuitable or in violation of this agreement without prior notice.

You have legal rights as a client under Ghana's Companies Act, 2019 ( ACT 992). The website provides information about the purchase, such as order confirmation, payment, shipping, and customer care.

Minors

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to make a purchase from GHANA FORUM. Otherwise, you should obtain the consent of your guardian or place the order through that individual.

Liability/disclaimer

The use of the site and its facilities, as well as any material or information obtained through the site (all of which are provided for free), is at your own risk, and GHANA FORUM expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, express or implied, of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. GHANA FORUM has the right, with thirty (30) days' notice, to modify any or all of these terms and conditions. Notice will be posted on the website of GHANA FORUM and sent to you via email. If you do not agree to the modified terms of service, you must request account deletion before the thirty (30) day notice period expires.

Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ghanaian law, without regard for conflict of laws principles, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts. If a court of competent jurisdiction rules that any term of the User Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such provision(s) must be construed to represent the parties' intentions as closely as practicable, with the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect.

In the event that GHANA FORUM fails to implement or enforce any right or provision of the User Agreement, such failure shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless recognized and agreed to in writing by GHANA FORUM.
